hello folks!
Been a while since I made an entry to the verifiedbeliever...but maybe we can blame it on the heat, being a bit lazy, preoccupied with other things or being fed up with the whole shabang..who knows?! Nevertheless when my awesome spiritual part of me called the verifiedbeliever gently nudges me into action...usually I comply.. but when all those nudges from the past three weeks does nothing to my determination the higher part of me uses a different tactic...the gentle nudge now turns into a loud roar in my head..The more it does that the more intense my reaction to it... Yesterday's roar is the result of today's entry... So be it!.. and as those dog days of summer makes it's way around the bend I can faithfully say...My spiritual journey of sorts has been quite an experience and ride..There were many bumps, hills, and even a few times when I landed accidentally in a psychological ditch so to speak... I became resilient and pulled myself together...Such is the challenge of life! So today we can sing halleluiah and rejoice to the fact that my beliefs are impotently important in my life and nothing in this world will convince me otherwise..Hopefully this entry will also convince others that one's beliefs should be re-evaluated and maybe the time has come for some bad habits to be substituted with good ones..Like I said in my previous entries...there are people who are comfortable doing and saying the wrong things...but it also works the other way around too...People can learn to be comfortable saying and doing the right things too! Can you dig it?
I hope you liked the little clip of the black piglet in my previous entry..Cute wasn't it? Puppies and little kittens are cute too aren't they? So why don't we eat them? There sure are a lot of them around for Canada Packers to make it commercially viable..Do I see a little cringe on the left part of your nose slightly turning up? Well ladies and gents.. the reason why we don't eat puppies or dogs and kittens or cats in North America is because they are pets..which we have grown to love!
Can we grow to love a little cute piglet or even a full grown pig too if it was domesticated? I'm sure we could! I really can't picture a hungry man going up to a cow and slicing it's innards to get the most eatable part and then bringing it home to cook for dinner..Can YOU?! Well....let Canada Packers and the local slaughter houses do that!...I wonder how many new vegetarians would come to the fold if meat eaters were forced to do the unpleasant job of meat production.. I suspect the majority would become true vegetarians and actually grow to love it! Veggie burger anyone?!
I did not put that little piglet in that clip to shock you or give you a bad day...but my motive was to make you realize where bacon comes from...as they say a picture or video is worth a thousand words...Still not convinced? OK OK....enjoy your breakfast!...but I'm sure you will wait at least a week before your taste buds gains full control of you all over again!...Or if we are lucky this little video will play over and over and over in your head until you are totally convinced that this piglet would make an interesting companion to your cute little Siamese cat! He he!
Stay tuned for the next series of entries from the verifiedbeliever....Ciao love ya! xxoo
