hello folks!
Wow what a winter so far ...with so many cold weather alerts and recently a flash freezing alert in the Mari-times makes for a treacherously wicked winter to endure..Let's not overlook what a minus 40 C with wind chill could do to someones fingers in weather like that...one can experience hypothermia within minutes and there are even cases circulation to the body could be effected and parts like a person's fingers could literally snap off... Gloves that are porous and without insulation to the cold prove worthless to the ravages of a winter such as this... So better yet... stay home and sit beside your fake fireplace (with a heater he-he) (and real fireplace if you have one) and enjoy life!...until spring comes rolling around the corner..Things will come back to life..Patience is the key ...and that's what mother nature loves..if only we would be patient enough to let mother earth heal itself from the climate change that will drastically affect the world within this century...No sense in describing what the world would look like within the next 80 or so years...I bet it won't be a pretty sight if we continue to destroy our ecosystem...Nevertheless let's keep our options open and explore further...
What could be at the root of climate change?...Well if we want to be honest...Human greed to make a profit at the expense of mother earth is indeed the problem...We are still addicted to oil and it will be a very long time before any alternative energy source takes hold...The earth is slowly dying..The US alone imports over 54 billion tons of chemicals each day that are polluting our planet and bodies!.. There will always be the bad apples that destroy the barrel of mother earth and I don't see an end in sight ...unless some virus comes along that prevents pregnancy in women..then we could have zero population within 150 years...With no human being on board then I would say the world would heal itself... A pipe dream?...for planet earth?..Well yes I would say so...but the upside is...that it would pave the way to the creator giving us another chance by creating a second Adam and Eve..the rules could change and the world too if the creator put all the mistakes humanity made into their minds..and told them to rebuild the earth.. which would be given as a gift the second time around too...Making Adam and Eve more divine-like and more accountable could turn the tables in earth's favor...I nice idea...but will the big boss up there buy it?...Well it could very well happen if we continue our destructive ways....The answers could be in the good book..which states that the second coming is eminently near..So start praying and let's all do our parts..
Yes the root...a very interesting concept...the roots of a typical tree extends many yards under the ground and provides nourishment and water to the whole tree..I would say it's very important as it get's it's nutrition from the soil underground...it has been this way for many hundreds of years...so the logic as to what constitutes the root of the problem is indeed solid based on a natural principle..the root..
So let's have a candid discussion..yes the truth hurts and it also could give you the energy to set you free from the bondage of a false sense of perception that the medical hierarchy tries to pass on to you..Let's face it doctors train on dead bodies called cadavers..it's a creepy and chilly thing ...but somebody has to do it...if the deceased donate their bodies for research and training then these once kind people should be given extra points for their uplifting spirit of co-operation to the medical profession...A lot more talented people could of become doctors if it wasn't for that particular facet of the training process...Well...one side says.. forget about it!...and the other side are the courageous ones who will do anything to become a doctor..What it does it separates the men from the boys and girls from the women..most will deny the above reason why they did not pursue the profession..and they will forever say..I missed my calling..to themselves only though..other reasons could be it's cost, complexity to learn and the sight of blood which could cause an alarming response to many people..So what can we learn from this?...Well the root of the problem for the shortage of doctors could be the above important factors..and most important root of the problem is the fear related to these reasons!...Let's explore further into the medical profession and see if there are other problems that may have a root to it..
As we continue to discuss the medical profession we also learn many things...Most doctors elect a more conventional training and really did not study how food effects the body and what foods are nutritionally acceptable and what are not..they may have a general idea but ...I would say they have accepted the status quo of how the profession must act...The more people enter their offices the more money they make...more like a salesman and less like a true helping consultant? Well...to make an accusation like that without the facts backing you up is offensive to them...it's a common fact that the average doctor's visit is a little less than 8 minutes..I have timed myself a lot of times and it ranged from 5 to ten minutes..so if many people would do that then one could validate it...but let's assume it's statistically true...and it may reasonably be so..lets talk about the symptoms of sickness..that in itself does not take a lot of time...but prevention of the sickness may take over an hour...do you think a typical GP would spend a hour talking about prevention when at the back of his mind he has a large roster of patients waiting for him in any particular day? It could reflect on his gross income..may it not? Truth is all over the map but do people adhere or listen to it?...Well as they say...in all circles of academia..Let's not treat the symptom let's find the root of the problem which could lead to the cure...Sound logical and even true?...Well...the snake of perception in the medical profession is that it may be true but hell...it ain't profitable!....
Truth be told there are no shortage of problems in this world and one has to just wake up in the morning and see how many water mains have busted in the Metropolitan Toronto area..the flooding caused damage to some well established homes in some areas such as North York...As you may know water mains are underground pipes that transport water to the pumping stations and reservoirs and onto to the street...In extreme cold temperatures the ground expands and contracts putting more pressure on weakened pipes... Because of age they are more corroded and are thus prone to breakage but the extreme weather would cause a lot more damage than other times...This is a problem in Toronto as it puts a strain on the city's budget and the topic of the city's ancient infrastructure is a topic that should be addressed..and at the end of the day the topic of a budget deficit is something which should be addressed as soon as possible...Mr. Tory rejected Kathy Wynne's proposal for a 3 year loan based on city lands as collateral..Tory and company flatly rejected the proposal stating that it was insulting to the city and wanted a more sweeter deal then what a complete stranger would get...So a 86 million is shortfall is nothing to sneeze at and one can say that the root of the problem is?..Let's make an educated guess..Did Mr. Ford's gravy train savings cause the city to neglect the repairs of the Gardner expressway , ancient underground water mains, terrible pot holes in the city's major roads and Toronto's terrible traffic congestion? To put the blame on someone else squarely is pointing the finger and is not very productive is it?...So why is there a budget shortfall now then?...Well we can do the same thing as Mr Ford in our own lives...We can refuse to fix the car, the home furnace and refuse to repair the leaky pipes in our own houses...but it may save money but in the long term it would and does cost more...when such things happen things escalate to such a degree that we end up blaming Murphy Law instead of our own sense of responsibility..Is this right? Should we not blame ourselves and our lack of prudent responsibility?..or is the root of the problem spending or making money?...
Well both should be just as important...but I tend to take the opinion that more creative ways of making money for the city should be implemented...Where are the artistic and creative city managers anyway?...Well they really don't exist...to think with one's right side of the brain is too vague and an accountant or manager mostly are left brain thinkers and to ask them to do more would be like asking an accountant to mop the floors of his office..very few offices would do that but think of all the money one could save if people Multitasked into other jobs..Do we as citizens of Toronto need to support the city (by our taxes) so that a study can be implemented on the validity of Smart track?...This study will cost over 6 million...and some consulting agency not related to the city will have to advise them..Where are the smart ones at city hall?..Can't anyone do any research on their own?...Can't Tory and company assign a special task force which is already on city salary to study the validity of Smart track? If the people at city hall would only have more faith in their own inherent abilities the city could save the six million!...Multitasking...a very trendy word but has little merit when the complaining starts...Well the root of the problem then is lack of bold creativity...based on action..
If the potential voters finds out that they are being represented in a big way by politicians who believe in creative and bold action..and multitasking jobs...Do you think they will get the respect of the typical voter?...I think so..and they will even set the example...making them role models..If someone represents millions of people shouldn't they be role models anyway?...Well let's digress and explore other problems and roots to their reasons..
Yes ..other reasons to problems we all face in life...We all go to the doctor to check up our health...but when do we go?...We go when there is a problem don't we?...as we do when we drive our car and suddenly the brakes give way or seem less then normal...do we practice preventive maintenance?... Well if we are a backyard mechanic or even a commercial mechanic we usually take care of our cars a lot better then our bodies don't we? The first thing a doctor says when he sees you as his patient is:...How can I help you?...Well...you respond with a complaint....that's the way it is done with millions of patients in North America....Does the doctor say?...What color and form does your stool look like?...From that answer he will know if you are constipated and will start the ball rolling in preventive medicine related to colon cancer...the development of polyps and irritation of the appendix will lead to many problems...It is said that proper nutrition which includes fiber, protein and nutrient dense whole foods.. would give one a head start in preventing health problems such as colon cancer, a ruptured appendix, or even cancer....all by a simple question from one's doctor...How does your stool look like today?...Most do not even talk about it in the very short time a doctor sees his patent...So the root of the problem in general is the lack of important communication between one's doctor and his patient..Prevention is not even discussed...Pity..though because it is the single most important ingredient for optimal health...The snake of perception clouds a doctors mind...is he only interested in the bottom line?...Well...here is a clue...Does he seem to rush your interview and gives you only superficial answers? If that is the case then he really does not have any answers to your problem...or doesn't really want to talk prevention with you?....Why do you think heart disease is the number one killer?...The message of prevention is not getting out ...that's why! It is known that the heart needs electrolytes to function well...such as sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium...Did you know that most people are magnesium deficient?...Did you know that magnesium was prescribed prior to blood pressure medication?...and the only reason why it was discontinued was because the big pharmaceutical companies realized that blood pressure medication once manufactured could be patented and therefore more profitable than a natural product....Why is heart disease the number one killer?....Well...our hearts are starving for nutrients that's why! Do you think you would go to the doctor if you were feeling well?...Well practicing prevention of disease will not be very profitable for your doctor!...Do you care if he makes any money at all?....All you should care about is your health...So the root of the problem is a total lack of proper communication between patient and doctor...The message needs to get out...and now!
Yes my dear friends and readers...Communication indeed is the problem to the answer...as John Lennon once said...Let's all practice what we preach and be the very best we can possibly be...Do not be afraid of a problem ...try to understand it by examination of its roots and how the problem evolved in the first place...In order to have an open mind we need to unlearn a lot of unimportant things which really is making us more ignorant...Yes I'm harsh...why not? The world is a tough place and we need to take charge of our bodily health as well as our minds...Do your research...the internet is a great learning tool...and a lot of people look at it as an idiot box....but who is the idiot when one doesn't even research their own problem?...
Stay tuned for the next entry of the verifiedbeliever..Love ya!
