Shopping Strategy that blows the mind...

Hello folks!

How is everyone this fine spring day?....Do we all have a sunny disposition?...to last us until the winter blues come?...Well if we follow Mr Trudeau's lead of sunny days and sunny ways we might feel his influence in a grand way!...His illusion of beauty and elegance is not what it appears to be...as his elbowing and fuddle duddle comments to an NDP member of parliament has made him slip on his high horse pedestal a notch or two... I must say that my personal prime mistake was that I married for beauty.. wrongly thinking that sheer beauty was enough to sustain a marriage for ever!...Good god was I wrong!...What appears to look good can soon turn very ugly when the true personality kicks in!...When a person is admired as in fish bowl ways...he must maintain the high standards dictated by his perceived elegance and beauty..Without going in detail regarding my marriage from hell we can look at Mr Trudeau and his uncontrollable temper and rude tactics which really is unbecoming of a high public servant leader.....What we perceive as stylish and elegance actually looks good in a purely superficial way ...but the snake of perception will always raise its ugly head when the honeymoon love in with him dwindles..The naked truth is what builds character and popularity.. not good looking rock star images of grandeur!!...Winston Churchill was such a man who handled the final stages of world war 2 with true grit and leadership....therefore becoming the kind of leader we all crave and desire!... A beautiful appearance and going through the motions of elegance and beauty is only temporary and in the process of a longer honeymoon with the public the person in question must actually pay the dues of experience and must set a splendid example to at least the youth of this country...So far Mr Trudeau is becoming frustrated with his political peers not accepting his high rating with Vogue..Society has indeed elevated his persona to a higher pedestal and when his political opponents do not reciprocate he becomes frustrated and now must find the respect he craves by other methods...like accomplishing things which elevates the country as a whole.. not elevating a singular persona...So the average Canadian bought the rhetoric of change and made it easier to buy because the person selling it was classy and elegant in his delivery of it!...Did we as Canadians get hoodwinked?...Well...only time will tell...and time can either be a great healer or it can be brutally honest when it's time to check off one's accomplishments!!

Therefore we tend to shop for beauty and what appears to look good!...We discard a blemished tomato in favor of a juicy blemish free one and we go home happy even though we could of gotten the same tomato that had a blemish or two for half the price..in the reduced section of the supermarket..Buying discounted items at the supermarket is often overlooked...but the savvy shopper will always look for opportunity to save on the grocery bill..Here is a general rule of thumb when it comes to shopping at supermarkets.. buying a car or anything really...is this: Only buy what you need and not what you want!!...Here is the map train of logic one can follow productively..Listen...Most men would want a luxury car such as a Mercedes Benz sport coup to impress their better half...especially along a long country road...they can actually visualize the top down as a rush of cool air comes at a refreshing pace as the purring of the motor down shifts at a nearby turn...such an exhilarating feeling isn't it!? but is this visualization alone enough to make a person buy such a classy car?...of course people who are well to do would have no problem dropping 95 grand on such a classy car but normal everyday people with average incomes may have a problem with it....and would elect to buy an average car such as a fiat convertible that could very well pass as a sport coup type car!..Then there would be many people with average incomes that would elect to buy the pricier model just to make a statement... and the buy what I want mantra takes a front seat to buying what I actually think is good enough...This happens everyday and all one has to do is start observing what happens at a supermarket line up...Count how many chips, soda pop, ice cream, frozen pizza, processed meats white bread...etc....and you may actually be shocked to realize that it could very well total half the grocery bill!!!...Junk food is big business and to stop buying it would make the north american economy crumble to pieces...you name it...cigarettes, alcohol, triple lattes, triple triple coffee and list goes on and on...My guess is that one can actually save around 40 percent of total expenditures if one buys what they need and not what they want...so if one has the courage to give up their addictions to junk one can realistically save $10,000 a year....possibly using that kind of money to buy something of more value ...such as a classy condo or a house in a good neighborhood...Rearranging one's priorities is a tall order and that idea is harder to sell than a vacuum cleaner is...but people by nature would rather spend until it hurts...why?...Well it's because they have already programmed themselves to enjoy a specific comfort level...either through comfort foods (junk food) and or anything addictive such as cigarettes, beer or alcohol...and or pain killers such as Tylenol..they want the instant relief that a pain killer can give..not thinking that a good message, a relaxing bubble bath, a 4 hour siesta nap or some vinegar soaked cloth could actually be good substitutes..and may well be what the body needs!

Peer pressure and the theory of misery loves company is another reason why people continue to act stupid...having the boys over for poker night...is a common north American past-time and having beer and chips or pizza is a common thing for a typical family... where men hang out on a particular night...Wives are used to it...and they even serve the beer and chips....as part and parcel of what marriage finally turns out to be!(lol).....Whoever would have thought that a magical moment of looking into each other's eyes and seeing flashes of forever.. would lead to a marriage where the norm is to simple grin and bear it!....such is life! ..and if you don't like what the future could hold for you...then don't get hitched!

Now let's all relax tonight with a good book or watch an interesting movie as we munch on celery sticks and no salt and sugar peanut butter...What!?...Where's the chips the beer and the nachos!??...My brain is driving me crazy...my body says I love and want those nacho chips and salsa sauce but my higher part of my brain says...ok ok...the celery with peanut butter would be a better alternative!..the higher power part of my brain even gives me other options for a snack...such as apple slices with peanut butter...if the celery doesn't cut the mustard..So who wins the war?..Is the higher rational part of my brain that knows what my body needs superior than the lower part of my brain.. which loves instant gratification?...Well...people by nature make decisions based on what they want now...as opposed to what they can benefit with in the future..Smoking cigarettes may not kill you today but may kill you sooner statistically speaking...loosing 13 years on one's life from a cigarette and junk food addiction is indeed the sober reality of today ... it boggles the mind!... It's little wonder that people will suffer 10 years sooner based on what they wanted ten years earlier!...

Examine the inside of a walnut and you can see the similarity to one's brain...the nut is sectioned as two halves the same way the brain is...No wonder we have conflicting viewpoints and if one can be in harmony with both sides then truth may very well rise like the sun at dawn....May the truth set you free my friends and readers and my personal wish is for you all to be happy!...life is too short and writing a blog on self improvement is hard enough.. but one can only hope that the message rings loud and clear...to at least few people...if a few people are influenced by my sincere gesture of wanting to help...then my job as a blog writer has merit and value!

Stay tuned my fellow readers for the next entry of the verifiedbeliever!....Love ya!!!
