To watch TV You need to turn the power on....

Good god...life seems to be buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzing along like a herd of bumble bees zooming along the pretty countryside...lol..To really appreciate life one must breathe it and walk it, not just talk it.......there is far too much talk in this world and not enough action based on universal truths or faith based on universal truth..People dont mean what they say anymore..it's all wishful thinking..and plain old chit chat with nothing concrete to say..If you wanna dump your boy friend just tell him ..."listen it's not going to work and let's split and be civilized about it..."Instead..you play games and ignore him or her until it hurts...or play dead in the sack, or go off and play the field like a california line backer....lmao...Such is life huh? We are indeed very comfortable doing and saying the wrong things when familiarity does a number on us...

Mr. Verifiedbeliever what are you rambling about now hmmm?...lol....Well ...to be honest I'am very annoyed to say the least..which part of me is annoyed Mr. verifiedbeliever?...Well...for those who read my entries religiously and with conviction this I must say to you...there is ...in most people... (if you haven't committed any grave sins which could of sucked this right out of your persona) a very powerful entity which exists in harmony with the lower or vulnerable side of most people...this powerful entity is similar to the power outlet on the wall ...where you plug your tv set in...We all take for granted this electrical power ...why?...Well we all know it exists because when we plug it in the outlet the TV begins babbling its profanities, commerical pitches, sexual-trash, editorial news, and let us not forget every morning's weather predictions...lol We take for granted the impact of modern television to such a degree that we catupult ourselves vicariously into the lives of our favorite soaps while the world keeps turning and as it turns... more and more collateral damage is done to mother earth that it spit's at us with a vengence,through the impact of volcanoes, tidal waves, global warming, hurricanes, earthquakes and tornadoes...We are living in the robotic age of electronic materialism and to be without our blackberry for one day is to live a living hell...The world and it's people's are suffering while the materialistic have's are living a life of luxury and comfort..to step outside this comfort zone is asking for trouble..and unspeakable to most...Of course there are the movers and the shakers of this world like our U2 front man , Bono, Mother Teresa, and the list goes on and on...Without these movers and shakers the earth would be the closest thing to hell imaginable... goodness is deep inside most of us but since we are too busy surviving in this god forsaking world we can't see the forest for the trees..Life to most is going to work in that factory so as to survive and provide for our families...We leave the problems to others to figure out..figure out? That's a debatable isn't it? The world has progressed technologically at an amazing pace...from the first Wright brother's launch of their crude airplane to a walk on the moon...all in a span of 60 years...Amazing isn't it? This maybe the silver lining to some ... but at a drastic price of destruction to mother earth in the process..Because power and control is not evenly distributed as a result, the have not's are subjected to, pain, suffering and desease...to alleviate the pain they take drugs provided by powerful drug lords, and the underworld..

Such is modern day life on this planet called earth.Since survival is the name of the game...the powerful entity residing in each person takes the back seat to greed, lust, capitolism, power and control of the weak, and survival of the fittest has now a global theme because of the power of the internet...Mergers and huge stores are drowning out the little guys...Survival has now entered the fast lane of the superhighway of modern day life...the little guy or the have not is a meaningless entity and governments love to wave the flag of freedom in other countries but do not realize that to be free in north america is to have proper nutrition and to have affordable housing..How ignorant can elected officals be? They are elected by the power of the free vote but in the end the people who elect them are the ones who suffer the most...

How can one make this world a better place Mr verifiedbleiver? Well.....change....starts within each person...there is no power in sitting back and collecting a check for working in a factory or being a leader for another 4 years and being self serving or relishing the power and the prestige of what public office does to someone's carreer..

Will the realcaring people please stand up? Will the people who really give a dam present yourselves??!! This reminds me of our good old city...Toronto ..While city politicians cry foul and blame the federal and provincial governments for their problems the city's reserve funds are being depleated and now it seems there is nothing left...And here comes along a saviour in disguise... CityCouncellor Ford, of Etobicoke, who has been advising politicians to become leaner and begin to tighten their belts...He lists many mini solutions which add up to a more manageable budget but most of the members of city hall laugh at him ...as he continues to do what he is paid to do...represent the tax payers...What do they do? Mr Miller for one...has called his budget cuts false economies...this is a man who has been Harvard educated...with a master in economics ...who still doesnt understand that...there is no such thing as a false economy....10 plus 10 will always equal 20 and...if Mr Fords total cuts equal a 40 million dollar savings...Why are they in denial of the truth?...He is correct in saying they all should be fired!!....Bravo Mr Ford!!! Continue to divulge the truth until it sinks in!!

Why talk about politics? Well ....leaders are important in this modern day world...True leaders will eventually change the world for the better ....true leaders with vision and who inact this vision through step by step action...is what we need in politics now...

We need to "wake up and smell the world the coffee is getting stale"....is the name of a song I wrote ...and one of these days I will record it ..lol.Singing songs in this modern day world should be centred around a real message and to detour musically into sexual gratification is the worse thing a musician can do...even worse if u buy these records...Older baby boomers must set the example...and should not rest on their laurels of success! By acting and actually doing you show true leadership and set the example for others to follow! Are you listening Mr Miller?....lol

So lets all flick the switch and put the power on... in ourselves...and set the example for others to follow....as we continue to do good in life and to others...and show mother earth some respect..she deserves it..
