Dear folks!....Let's examine some what if's!!!!

Wow what a ride!..This last year or so has been quite a journey for the verifiedbeliever! Today's entry will be focused on the positive and not the negative...I can ramble until I croak on how negative and stubborn people are!...Does that help the situation any?...I think not!...The world does not need stubborn, unfocused , self serving people...but of course the earth is not heaven is it? If the earth was a utopia of love, respect, and an unlimited bounty of resources and riches for all.. there would be no inequities and poverty..and no suffering!! ...Such is life: ...So in retrospect...what we need to do is concentrate on the glass that's full not the part that's empty...Sound good so far?! Let's blast off into the stratosphere of harmony and let us dive deeper into the sea of truth...Who knows maybe we can see life as we truly would like to know it!
Do we need any special gear or equipment to see things clearly? Well when diving deep within the deepest part of the world's oceans one must carry special gear such as diving equipment, submarine aquavehicles with decompression chambers etc...It's a specialized journey which needs specialized equipment and training..So as we walk this earth ,what kind of gear do we need? Well...the creator provides for the basics of life...such as our bodies and parts thereof... Air is meant to breathe and our nostrils, mouth, and lungs utilize this air so we as humans can survive..

Time can be the enemy or our dearest friend if we open our minds to the possibilites of what could happen in a what if scenerio...What if people all of a sudden deceide to stop reproducing?...What would be the consequences?...Well after a long time, maybe 100 years or so...there would be no man or woman left to inhabit this world:Is that a positive event?...Well...if mankind self destructs then mother nature will not have to go to war against mankind's destructive tendencies...and slowly it could heal and recover ..This is seeing the glass as half full even though it's quite a negative scenerio..This seems to be very unlikey though:Let's deal in probable outcomes that seem more likely to happen..Fair enough?

What if? A splendid idea or maybe wishful thinking? I have news for you dear people...you are not mules in a real sense...contemplating the glass as half full instead of half empty really takes a leap of faith doesnt it? I mean...a lot of people would probably dilute the glass with water just to make it full...I mean it's human nature isn't it? We want more even though we have enough..Let's be practical now..Most people will not bend down to pick up a penny...but a bit more might bend down to pick up a nickle..and even more will bend down to pick up a dime...and so forth up to a loonie (canadian dollar coin)...Now if ten people saw a one hundred dollar bill...wouldn't there be a mad rush to dive toward it?...Maybe a few fist fights at the end of it all..just to claim money you can't take with you?....heheheh.. Well...after a big mayhem of fistfights just to claim the rightful owner...the measly hundred dollar bill could be ripped in shreads..making it non negotiable and useless...What if that actually happened!
This type of scenerio is quite understandable and I will bet my bottom dollar there would be a live fist fight for that bill if this what if scenerio came to pass...

What if in the very distant future governments devalued their respective currencies and made spiritual dollars the new kid on the block? The new gold so to speak? What if that actually happened? What kind of society would it bring the world? Well upon closer examination...it would make criminals with money less likely to operate! A utopia such as this can be made....but the ultimate question would be posed!? What if people dared to be the forefathers of this idea? Hmmmmmmmmm Mr verifiedbeliever! Stop it ! You are making me think too much! I may blow a fuse!!!!! Hehehehe!

Wonder what would happen if when we die... the holy angel at the gate tells each one of the 100 dead people waiting to go to heaven.. that he will only let in 50?....Do you think there would be a mad rush to get in?..Knowing if you didnt get in you would be an obsolete spiritual entity wandering around ...You have faith when you can actually see the scenerio but when you were alive...you enjoyed the fast lane to hell...and you really enjoyed it didn't you? You didnt care what lay ahead of you 100 years from the day you stole that car in a mall parking lot! Did you?

It's really easy to understand something when it's right in front of your nose!If you have to dig deeper within to understand something then it becomes a nightmare or something you would put under the carpet or on the back burner? Sad but true...people in general do not want to go down to the deepest ocean of truth to figure out life? Do they? It's a lot easier to sail through life and have a good time? Well...this life is not a muscle car to take for a joy ride ....maybe your perception of life is that ....but to to be truly happy you need to feel happy....believing that you are happy doesn't cut the mustard Does it? You must feel happy!!

Right?....Do I feel happy?...Well to be honest I partially dont:I dont feel happy that the world is the way it is...that there are millions of mules out there that don't want to change things....if they did...they could ruin their livelhood or their lifestyle...Think...for instance...Our big city called Toronto...Everyone wants to have all the services a city can offer...but when there is little co-operation and if people only serve themselves...well....where is the leadership? Mr Miller and his gang of city councellors have made it official that the city can raise taxes if they needed too...They even passed a law saying they could!Even though in his election platform Mr. Miller promised he would not!..Well...Since the land transfer tax and the motor vehicle registration levi did not go through this could be a possiblity..an easy way out?...Is this the ultimate solution? Is there a better solution? Well...mules or stubborn politicians only know how to serve themselves by their actions...What if they all deceided to take a 10 percent paycut rather then the 18 percent pay hike instead? What if they did that? Well we can imagine a lot of things...One thing that could happen would be a more trustful municipal goverment..one who sets the example is indeed the best way to show leadership...by setting an example of prudence and fiscal responsibilty one will set the tone for all levels of governemnt to do likewise...

What if politicians encouraged companies to hire homeless people or the poor.. provided that they can do the work? What if they took the leap of faith and actually went on TV and addressed the nation and demanded that companies not show any bias in regards to opportunitities available to a job applicant? What if they told companies that fishing is better then being thrown a fish? What if they said that a canadian citizen has every right to work regardless how they look and how old they are? What if they gave more incentives to hire the homeless or the unemployed poor? What if Canadian politicians on all government levels actually showed this leadership? True leadership encourages others to do the right thing! It may take a long time before people will believe the government but what if they were consistant? I sincerely believe that Canada would be a splendid example to other nations as a result of such action....It's often said the subconscious mind actually does change the conscious mind when statements are repeated over and over again...

By postulating this way one can dare certain leaders to take the leap of faith.. Councellor Ford of Etobicoke is showing tremendous leadership by running a very prudent and fiscally responsible office..But do the other muncipal leaders take the hint? Not on your life my dear friends! Modern policitics wether its municipal or provincial do not run a fiscally responsible operation! If the liberal advertising scandel in Quebec wasn't bad enough the provinical liberals now are trying to downplay the embarrising cricket club grant fiasco! A simple request for funds by the cricket club was a noble request and in normal circumstances would of been a simple procedure of filling in a grant request form ...but the liberals wether provincial or national do not believe in putting things down on paper do they? They requested $150,000 and the provincial liberals under the(immigration minister) instead responded by issuing a check for $1,000,000! Isn't that grand? What if the provincial liberals followed guidelines of accountability initiated by the Harper goverment? Do you think they would be in a better situation come time for re-election in october? I think so!

So many what if's huh? It's all making my head spin like a top...and I'am sure it's making yours spin too! so....all I can say is...let's all spin together! Hehehehehehe!

I can rattle a million what if's and probably could change the world into a heaven on earth if only 10 percent of the what if's were acted upon! Maybe iam a dreamer....but as John Lennon once said....I'am not the only one! Let's all sit down a pray our hearts out...because in the end...what if the angels of mercy do not pick you to be included in the book of life?
