Hi there!
How is everyone this fine Spring day? It was quite a winter season and old man winter finally put his cane down and now is hibernating until next season. Better days have yet to come and to be honest the terrible hype about global warming and how the earth will suddenly change before our eyes does not fizz on most people. After all we all live for the moment and most people don't give a hoot what will transpire 100 years from today. Biblical passages will attest to the fact that if you plant a bad seed a bad set of circumstances will be the outcome. I would not want to be around 150 years from now when all hell could break loose as people run from the terrible rays of UV radiation that could make cancer the new plague. Yeaaaaaaaaaa... the ozone layer is supposed to protect us from this scenerio but the small cracks today could further damage the ozone layer... The signs are there my friends and all you have to do is look at the clues which are manifested by mother nature and you can visualize the underground mole people of the future... A scary thought and if it comes to pass they better have colonized the moon and mars by then or we can kiss this planet goodbye. All of you may think I'am a pessamist but some may think Iam also a realist for predicting this type of scenerio. The ship of greed today will transport us to hell and you better have your lifejackets on because it will be one long terrible ride.
Mr. Verifiedbeliever? What in Haydes are you doing to your fellow Canadians? Are you trying to scare the bejees out of everyone???? Well this entry is about the most terrible monster ever created...(Don't worry there is a good side of us if we dare to realize it!)How one side of man's brain is a peace loving family man and the other side is a greedy self centred planet rapist. He could be a CEO of a fortune 500 company who authorizes the dumping of hazardous wastes onto our lakes and rivers... Or he could be the puppet-like pilot who by neccessity pilots a passenger jet as he pollutes the air with more and more carbons...After all, society is to be blamed not the pilot. He could have a family to feed or a mother in law to support.Mankind can talk about love and there are also numerous pro-planet movements but at the end of the day very little is being done...It's all talk and no-one wants to walk the talk as father time slowly keeps ticking away....The ticks are driving me crazy not because Iam afraid of clocks but the ticking is actually a time -bomb ready to explode very soon....So what does this have to do with today's entry?...Flick that switch or get out of ....? Well ...it has a lot to do with it....The nature of mankind (includes women) is the culprit here...people by nature are egotistical and self serving... It's not because everyone is evil ... but because everyone has a dual type set of needs or desires...ON one hand most people could not care less if their company's CEO gives the authority to dump medical wastes unapproriately...He or she is afraid to be fired so they will listen to authority within their organization without question or dispute...or they may not even know that it is happening...What we have then is a whole lot of puppets working at jobs without questioning company policy...They also have mortgages to pay and families to feed...At the end of the day the dark side of mankind will be obsessed with survival and the greed will eventually destroy this earth and all it's inhabitants. Society is to blame and to dismantle the very essence of society is to dismantle the very thought of mankind wanting to improve his standard of living...yeaaaaaaaaaa it will take a lot of sacrifice and major priorities have to be re-arranged to benefit mankind as a whole...At least for the benefit of future generations...What are we doing ? Well we have started to think about getting out of Dodge city (as per entry) by devising plans to go to the moon and Mars in the near future...Why? Well the powerful group of democratic countries and communist countries all agree that a colony on Mars or the moon could be a feesable idea 100 years from now...They even have started to sell round trip tickets to the moon via an american space travel agency....for 250,000...Peanuts for the likes of Bill Gates and other rich tycoons...I personally think the money should be better spent on the complete renovation of this planet ....so that people in Africa could grow crops and be self sufficient...A dream? Well in a way it is ...but not entirely impossible if major countries deceided to co-operate internationally through a World project agency that I have described a few paragraphs above.....
Kindness is rare and the big city complex makes rudeness the main player as people stare at each other everyday as they robotically go to work.Day after day politicians argue among themselves and the world's problems are left unsolved. What we need are leaders who can think and act at the same time ....That's pretty rare for any leader...The red tape gets tangled in the process as they argue about where the money is going. What we need are world leaders willing to take the leap of faith regarding this planet. We also need a good percent of our gross national product leveraged to a world agency. This agency will have a president and all the countries of the world would deposit their fair share to finance projects which could benefit the earth. This is my dream but the World bank is not concerned with global warming or the ozone layer. It's a financial organization which deals in high finance. To bad for us huh? What we have is modern day chaos to it's extreme as millions and millions of people specialize in electronics or anything which could make living easier but progress in a worldly sense is actually a pipe dream... If we can put the most important problem front, left, and centre I could feel better dying in this day and age but I pity future generations as I contemplate the future of this earth. What we need are leaders who can flick the switch which leads to an actual world plan or vision. Without people who care the world will be in a perpetual stagnant state where international power struggles dominate foreign affairs and who ever has the most amount of economic clout is the king of the block...The Asia group of major countries now believe in economic power rather then rattling the sabre of ballistic missles or atomic bombs...Of course you will have rogue states like North Korea who cannot be a major economic power and will have to rattle the sabre to get the international attention it is looking for...All leaders worldwide need to flick the switch to benefit their own peoples and thus the whole world in general. In Zimbawi, Africa there is a struggle for presidentail power and three loaves of bread now costs a small fortune....Do you actually think the President of that country cares about his lowly subjects? It's a power grab plain and simple and he may not even know he has a switch of change within his spirit because he was born to rule by force and dictatorship and all money coming in the country will be siphoned by the greed of the country's dictorial government. Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa it's a sad state of affairs and to be fair in a country like Iran is like asking for a democratic goverment...People work really hard and for what? So they can routinely pay higher and higher prices for food ? Some countries have inflation rates of over 1000 or 2000 percent and in such cases outside help within the major international community is the only option.
Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa flick that switch! The principal of international co-operation which may involve sharing is still in it's enfancy and the money is better spent on trips to outer space and financing wars in Iraq and other parts of the world...........Flicking the switch of change may mean government leaders need to be more diplomatic and have a mission statement which benefits all mankind....After all they represent their own people in their respective countries and if you want to go to Truth City you will eventually realize that true power is in numbers and a million fully aware and ready to act people is far more powerful then one power hungry dictator...Flicking the switch of change means you will no longer be the puppet that society or your leaders want you to be...Yeaaaaaaaaaa the big picture is the most important puzzle to put together....
One person or even one community cannot change the world but if everyone deceided to flick the switch of change a shift of international consciousness could result ...and international enlightenment could be the result. So let's flick your switch of change and as a result the smoker will quit smoking , the drinker will quit drinking and rapist will ignore his eveil tendencies, the polluter will realize his responsibilites as a world citizen...and remember one set of circumstances effect other sets and by quitting smoking you save the health care system billions of dollars per year and save your life as well thousands of dollars a year in a stupid terrible habit...The family will stay together harmoniously if the husband -father quits drinking...Throughout the world the message will be doing what is right spiritually not doing what is policitally correct...Go for it ! Flick that switch of change and may we enjoy this earth in peace and harmony so that when JC comes kocking on our doorstep he will see a visable change of heart...A big dream ? Well.........you must remember a little spark can start a major fire...and if one person believes in what's right deep inside one's heart of hearts then there must be many more who could believe too...
What made me deceide to flick my switch? Well today's entry was inspired by a pen ....the advertising motto flick your Bic came to mind and if we can be inspired in such a way ...then the verse in the bible...If you can have faith like a small grain of mustard seed you can say to your mountain move....and it will cast itself onto the oceon....Quite a powerful verse huh? My hand is stretched out to the potential believers and may the grace of your higher power be within you!
Stay tuned for the verifiedbeliever's next entry! Ciaoooooooooooooooooo! Love yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
