Greed Mongers and the Cover-Up

Hello Folks!

As the New Year train races down the track of life one can only wonder in awe how the next hundred years will unfold...As the antarctic and North Pole ice caps slowly melt , scientists scramble to find a quick fix..To their surprise the global warming effect will arrive 40 years earlier then expected..Will The North American coastline be submerged by the rising waters? Will the climate of the future cause a North American famine? Will the present economic fallout coupled with the effects of global warming bring a New World Order as the bible predicts? Who knows...Maybe it's time that the world changes and leaders to set a good example to their people...Pollutants such as hydro-carbons have upset the natural balance of carbon dioxide and oxygen...As a result there are many deaths attributed to the present composition of our atmosphere...Cardiovascular and respiratory ailments have claimed many lives due to decisions made by the CEO's of major corporations...Decisions based on pressure from shareholders and members of the board are made so that the bottom line is not effected...To eliminate such pollution madness means that they would have to decrease production...and therefore profits..Cars still pollute and have caused major damage to our atmosphere...as does dumping toxins in our lakes...Major companies still pollute our air and it is still cheaper to take coal and oil out of the ground then to develop wind generators and other green technologies ...The cost to our environment is humongous...The fork in the middle of the road has finally arrived and the people have spoken...No longer do they want expensive muscle type cars which still pollute the air...The big 3 North American auto plants are struggling to stay alive due to the unwillingness of their CEO's to change their ways..Re-tooling to make an electric car was far to expensive...Greed is what motivated the Big 3 and now need double the money offered by governments just to stay afloat..Yea, The greed mongers are having their payback and the theme of 'what goes around comes around ' is now a central theme to them...Their multimillion dollar bonuses are now a disgusting thing of the past as governments cry foul to their never ending greed...

Yea, I'm still reeling over my last entry...but tomorrow's world will be far different and the onus will be on green technologies, creativity, and accountability...President Obama is setting a good example and has admonished the greed mongers on Wall street and all CEO's for their self administered company GREED PLAN.. While the backbone of industrial workers tediously and efficiently built cars nobody wanted the CEO's take whatever bonuses they can get...Not realizing how important creativity and innovation really means in today's world... Their mantra call for the past 50 years is 'bigger is better' and the more powerful the engine the more people are going to line up and buy those muscle cars...Yea today's world is corrupt with greed and self serving attitudes..As gold sits patiently on the sidelines the world's economy takes a nosedive to a bottomless pit...Who knows how bad it will get in the coming months and most companies all over the world now realize that they must streamline their expenses and restructure their company from the bottom up...From now on their mantra will be :Lean, Green and Mean as the majority of companies struggle to stay afloat..Shareholders will not tolerate the Greed Mongers of the future and future profits will be channeled to more productive venues...This line of thinking will be adopted sooner rather then later as today's economists have labelled today's financial fall out more of a depression then a recession...

The Power Monger was also the Greed Monger as the money from the Oil for food program in Iraq was stolen by the late Sadame Hussein as he remodelled his presidential palace and siphoned millions from the Iraq people...Yea, the Devil is Charming...phrase captivated the Iraq people and for a long time they actually loved their manipulative and corrupt leader...They got used to his face for over 30 years and proves my point that people are comfortable doing and saying the wrong things...They should of voted him out but his heavy iron hand and his corrupt inner circle terrified the people....Torturing and killing people who would rebel against his dictorial government was the norm....He did all this with a smile on his face and for many years this political cover-up fooled the majority of Iraqis...Yea this Greed and Power monger has been finally dealt with by his own people and the phrase "You can fool some of the people some time but you can't fool all the people all the time" should be on his tombstone..

Yea the greed in this world never seems to end and as I sit here typing and thinking my mind rehashes the past two months...The idea that certain circumstances effect other sets of circumstances is not a new concept...In my previous entry To whom it may concern...Are you ready for a tongue lashing..the greed of food manufacturers continue to make sugar coated and sodium laced danger foods...Why? Well because food is a fickle thing for people...They tend to eat food that taste good...Salt adds flavour and the more you absorb it the more you want it...Sugar gives you that short term high and as a result spikes your blood sugar...Diabetes and Heart Desease is the result...We need to stop our taste buds from taking us hostage...We as consumers are greedy in that we take pleasure from eating unhealthy processed foods..The aquired taste developed since childhood has taken it's toll on our Health Care System...As we continue to load up on sodium and sugar Heart Desease is the number one killer in North America! Well if it is the number one killer why hasn't the majority of people rebeled against the circumstances that brought it on in the first place? Why do people continue to buy processed foods heavily laced with sugar and sodium? Well to point a finger to certain groups is partially right...The Greed Mongers certainly don't want you to know that they are partially responsible for Heart desease and diabetes? Do they? They want you to continue buying their products so they can make all those shareholders happy...This is tragic in that people do not realize how important their health is...It becomes a cover-up when the medical profession fails to educate their patients on prevention..They are only concerned when you are sick... The public mantra "Cure the sympton not the root cause" seems to be the norm with today's medical professional... The White Coat syndrome is the result of the dreadful lack of communication between patient and doctor...Their blood pressure goes ballistic when entering a doctor's office...Why? Well, doctors hold the balance of power beween themselves and patients...If everyone deceides to act on prevention then they could loose a substantial junk of their salaries...The maxim an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure should be on everyone's mind...But to be honest I have yet to meet a doctor who would sit down with you and really explain how Heart desease and diabetes forms...They only discuss what presently ails you and if you have high blood pressure they tell you to abstain from salt and watch your diet...Maybe tell you to excersise...and prescribe blood pressure medication...They don't explain that the Heart is literally starved from the lack of proper nutrients...such as potassium, calcium and magnesium... Excess Sodium is actually only 10% of the reason why Heart desease is the number one killer...The other 90% of the reason is the lack of heart healthy nutrients...It's true that sodium laced water flushes these nutrients from your body and as a result the heart is left with very little...Yea this Cover-Up is making my blood boil as I continue to reel about how little the medical profession does to educate the public on prevention...I begin to realize that people should begin talking to their doctors about prevention and to ask questions on other important matters...People should refrain from putting to much trust on a medical professional and should not be afraid to enter a doctor's office...They should do their own research on what they can do to prevent desease before it happens...and should discuss this with their doctor...

Just the other day I had an excellent conversation with my doctor...I did some research as to why Heart desease is the number one killer...I mentioned that the Inuit Eskimoes in Northern Canada have literally no heart desease...They eat very little veggetables but their only main food source is omega fatty acids obtained from eating a diet of fish, and seals etc...Omega 3 can be obtained in concentrated form as supplements...I mentioned that I bought a bottle of super concentrated Omega 3...I mentioned that it was free from contamination because of the rigid distillation process...He agreed that I should continue to take the omega 3 supplements then mentioned I should still have fish maybe once a week to get full protection...I also mentioned why vitamin D is not discussed in a typical appointment...Our discussion was enlightening for both of us...I mentioned that a new survey by Ipsos Reid interviewed 516 canadian women...97 % of these women didn't know their vitamin D levels and as a result 77% of the women never had a vitamin D blood test...A cross Canada survey revealed that almost 80% of women never had a conversation with their doctor about vitamin D and how it relates to prevention of heart desease cancer and one's general health..It really felt good to do my research and this one particular doctor did not feel uncomfortable with my questions and statements..He did mention that I should continue my Dash diet and excersise routine...as a matter of necessity....He fully agreed that the White coat symdrome is a useless malady which can be prevented if both patient and doctor become full partners in health...

Yea my tongue is flapping but at least it's flapping for good reasons...It really feels good to know that what you believe in life can be a very powerful motivating factor for change...and it is totally true that one must change himself or herself before you can change the world...Leadership is best done by setting examples....not lecturing people and or judging people...Yea I can feel good to know that my pants are beginning to fall down...and my sweater seems to feel to large for me...It feels good to embrace change and I believe in my heart of hearts that we all are evolving entitites...The spiritual side of mankind leads to a more keen awareness of truth in our lifetime..Truth should not be denied or ignored..it should be embraced and acted upon and as a result you evolve spiritually...As my fingers type the last few words I can hear the hiss of my trusty kettle telling me...It's time for a green tea break!
