Quirks, Tips, Concepts, and Tidbits

hello folks!

How's everything this fine Spring day?! Today is a specially frustrating day for me..There seems to be a blockage of some sorts in my pituitary gland which prevents those creative words or tidbits of information from flowing down to my keyboard...Well if I start the old tea kettle and make a batch of my favorite green tea things may start humming?!...or should I say hissing!...Kettles hiss don't they? Yea here it is: That first sip did the trick and now my fingers are flying!...As I gently sip my tea I notice things around me...Feelings, thoughts and past events cascade my persona as I busily sort out what is important and what is not..What is needed in life is a human being owner's manual that explains how to care and share with others and how to conduct oneself during one's lifetime! In actuality one's lifetime is a short blip of time compared to the timetable of this humongous universe! Life is one great mystery is it not? If one thinks they know everything then I will bow down to you in glory because then I will know that you are God!...but I must admit that if one thinks they are smart there's always someone else who is smarter! The above entry Quirks,Tips, Concepts and Tidbits is really not a guidebook on the mysteries and explanations of life but only a little snapshot on a few things which could 'fizzle the mind'...Kind of like a little set of triggers which could fuel you to act on certain suggestions and tips...You can drive yourself ragged by trying to be the King of the hill and even the King of Rock and Roll did not wear his crown very well...Elvis's body was ravaged and controlled by a neurotic dependence on pills...If he knew how powerful his soul actually was he could of nipped that 'monkey off his back' in a split second! The concept 'Let us all learn from the mistakes of others' is very important indeed! One can give a Tip on what horse to bet on but the ultimate decision rests with you! All decisions come from one's own mind and to make the right decision means that one has to be in complete harmony with mind, body and soul...The concept of 'peace harmony and love' is a rosy little caption but we need to stop looking at life with 'rose colored glasses' and look deeper within for more intense and serious explanations which motivate one into action..If one substitutes Peace Harmony and Love for Hello then this concept could infiltrate the subconscious and prevent robotic and insignificant interactions between people! The most stupid time wasters are insignificant conversations or shall I say gossip and judging!..The concept 'we all are sacred in the eyes of our creator' is true!...We need to view people as sacred! This is one big pipe dream and in order for a dream to come true we must actually believe and validate that dream with small actions which brings the dream closer and closer! Our third eye is a very powerful spiritual tool which can make things clearer if only we can believe and act on it!

I personally do believe in the concept and power of meditation..Concepts are nothing unless one can act on the theory or belief! Truth reveals itself when we act on a theory or belief!
At times I sit at my computer and go to some nice little u-tube presentations on meditation and hypnosis ...and how it generates alpha and delta waves within my mind!..My mind goes into a deep trance and all frustration and nervousness evaporates as my breathing becomes more controlled..My relaxation turns into vivid visions as I continue the meditative process..Tingling sensations are transported to every nerve ending as I become one with the universe! Not to many people know that the brain is very similar to a computer in that it generates micro-volts of electricity...When one is extremely nervous, frustrated or super angry one generates what is called beta waves..These waves are detrimental to one's general health..They cause arrhythmia of the heart, nervous disorders and cause toxins to be more readily accepted in the body..It's nature's way of speeding up the decay process of mind and body...Ever try to make a very important decision when you are extremely nervous or frustrated? It is next to impossible to think clearly and the concept I will sleep on it tells everyone that the mind is indeed in control here and when one awakens one can remember that special 'ahah' moment when getting up in the morning! A lot of research has been done on bio-feedback and how tones and even certain types of music can put one into an alpha stage or delta stage..When the brain is emitting alpha waves and delta waves creativity goes into overdrive and that dream of yours can be very special indeed! Saying things without substantial backup is 'shooting the breeze' and at times I tend to ramble endlessly but let us give a concrete example on how powerful the delta or alpha stage of awareness is: Paul McCartney is one of the most famous singer-songwriters of the 20th century...The Beatles should share the King of Pop crown with Micheal but one has to agree that Paul was and still is a very creative musician...During the filming of Help in 1965 Paul was staying in an attic room of one of his family members...He vividly recalls a dream he had one morning...He recalled a classical string ensemble playing a sweet melodious tune..If it wasn't for his trained ear he could of missed the actual notes!...but upon arising he immediately 'hummed back the tune' and instantly went to the piano that was next to him..He played an F then and F#minor 7th, then a B to E minor then back to E...Because his delta state prior to waking was so powerful the tune seemed to present itself clearly and powerfully upon awakening! Once the tune was finalized at the piano the lyrics came very shortly after...The tune we are talking about is the most covered tune of the 20th century!...'Yesterday' has been played as a cover tune over 3 million times according to the record company BMI!

Yea things in life really mystify me and probably a whole lot of other people too! Some things I read really 'hits home' and one thing I can say or theorize is that life has it's quirks of weird concepts..One quirk or unbelievable but probably true quirk is the concept of time-space. Without going into intense calculations on Einstein's theory of time space-relationships let us set the stage for Paul's creative process...such as the song Yesterday: I personally believe in my heart of hearts that the song 'Yesterday' was always there in the grand scheme of things! ...The universe already knew about the song and Paul only discovered it by his creative process of discovery! There was always a cure to treat diabetes and insulin was already old news for the universe and the relentless Banting only discovered what was already there in the sea of creativity! Strange huh? Well life is one strange road to discover and the concept of 'death' should really not be feared! ...One could say that Death could be the world's greatest adventure if you truly believe in that concept! If you are tied to this world and it's riches and view it as your reason for living then you will never be enlightened! Through intense relaxation techniques one can 'transcend this world' and possibly discover what was already there in the first place!

Your head spinning yet? Well creativity is a noble pursuit if one can forfeit the temptation or the desire to survive only!? There are many more examples of quirks and concepts which can make one delirious with curiosity! Let us examine certain other quirks in life which really make my head spin! One morning on August 11th 2000 a very successful 37 yr old psychotherapist jumped in front of a subway train with her infant son Cuyler in her arms...Suzanne Killinger-Johnson seemed to have everything..A successful practice, a beautiful marriage, a mortgage free home and a brand new Mercedes SUV! What provoked someone who probably was the envy of all the neighbors to commit suicide?...Her post-postpartum depression could of been eradicated if she believed in her abilities to counsel her self! After all she counseled many women and men with similar problems...There was a huge curiosity in her...because of her status and name in the community...There were many others who died in subway suicides that never got the attention that Suzanne got...She was a rare breed indeed and had she known about how the universe works I firmly believe that she would be alive today..Why do I say this? Well there is a special quirk in life that is my most favorite indeed! It has literally changed my beliefs and now I can faithfully say I pay attention to even the little things around me...Clues and little tidbits of information which could actually change my life!...The theory I talked about above concerning how a lot of creative success is already there waiting to be discovered is the center of my beliefs. There exists in life certain clues which can literally change the course of destiny...Nothing is etched in stone and because life is a distinctly creative process...destiny can be modified and changed! History is edited not repeated! is one of my favorite concepts which really is the basis for some quirks in life..special quirks which can lead someone to a different destiny or path...Had Suzanne Killinger-Johnson known and practiced the theory of synchronicity she might of actually predicted her own future and could of actually changed the course or outcome...Synchronicity is nature's way of sending the individual clues in life which can influence the outcome or future...Let us examine Suzanne's name closely: Suzanne Killinger-Johnson! Let's take each section and examine it: Suzanne...Killing er(her) Johnson (son) To summarize: Suzanne killing her son! is something of an unbelievable co-incidence?! Or is it! My mentioning this on this entry could hurt some of the Johnson family...since it could bring up the terrible past.. but I'm sure they will realize that my intentions are good and if I can transmit some knowledge or beliefs which could help save lives or even change one's life to the good...I'm sure they will understand and actually endorse this belief..Synchronicity is a well known theory or belief..The special patrol ship called the Titania sunk in 1910 two years before The Titanic sunk! The Titania sounds very similar to the Titanic! There were many people who did not want to go on that fateful voyage and many of the engineers of the time thought the Titanic was indestructible and were super confident that the ship would pass through the ice with ease...Their super-inflated egos cost many lives and had they known about the Titania sinking prior to the Titanic and if they actually believed in the synchronicity of it...Many lives could of been saved! I know this is a terrible thing to bring up but it really proves my point that we should all pay attention to the clues around us and consider that what seems unbelievable could actually be true!

Yea in summary of my entry today one can appreciate that life in general is one big puzzle and the little parts that go with it plays an important part in the grand scheme of things! The final picture or finished puzzle is indeed important for the betterment of mankind and all creatures throughout this universe..Good and Evil are the opposing forces constantly at war with each other...and it does not have to be unique to this earth...it could be a universal struggle and what is a 'quirk in our mentality' could be a normal thing for a super more advanced intelligent race! Let us not be arrogant and believe that we are the most supreme creatures in the universe..Atheists believe in only themselves and do not believe in a super power greater then them! Let us all pray that they receive enlightenment! Let us all pray that we all gain the edge we need to see things clearly! Good god my kettle is hissing again! Green tea do not flee! He he!
