Focus, Verify and then Believe like Crazy...

Greetings good people!

Time keeps on slipping.. slipping...into the future! Remember that song? Nice song with a catchy melody and beat.. but it's ruthlessly truthful and blunt...Isn't it? If one doesn't listen to lyrics as a lot of people do today then this song is plain fun to listen too...without the headache involved in just realizing it's very profound message..which leads us to think of time as a marching prelude to change itself!.. One day it's X-mas and the next day you can see maple buds beginning to sprout..Yea Father time is approaching the baby boomer generation with a vengeance as people scramble to figure out that they are not getting any younger..or that they may not have enough capitol saved up for a comfortable retirement...or that their cherished goals have been put on the back burner for over 20 years.. Procrastination can do a number on a lot of people and the saying Time will wait for no one is another brutal truth that rings loud and clear!...

One of the main reasons why I write these entries of the Verifiedbeliever is that my alter ego demands it and sees that it is good for one's spiritual evolution as a total person.
Yea these entries have also motivated me to loose weight, watch my diet and to confront doctors intelligently and judiciously. What I actually did was exactly what today's entry dictates."Focus, Verify and then Believe"....I needed to focus and loose weight but I also needed to do the research necessary for success..Matching improved blood test bio-markers to previous tests allowed me to verify my plan as correct.. The trick was to do this on a continuous basis..Believing like crazy allowed me to take the appropriate action to overcome my initial doubts or insecurity..and therefore as of today there is 'pep in my step' as it also allowed me to feel better about achieving my current goals!...

Stingray and barracuda fish are the equivalent of those racy sports cars on the road today..They move along with great speed and turn on a dime with a blink of an eye..They are by virtue of their design created that way..Their belief system is already ingrained in their DNA..which allows them to move automatically without any hesitation or insecurity..These remarkable type fish focus on their prey as they verify their victim and then with laser type precision capture the meal they were designed to eat!..Their belief is automatic and never do they have to think whether they want their victim or not....Ever hear this funny but true saying? "Think too much and you could blow a fuse"! It rings loud and true as people struggle to make meaning out of confusing issues such as: "Why did I spend half of my life with that always drunk abusive husband of mine!?" Or we could say: "I will put cleaning out the garage on the back burner for today!" is another excuse for not being proactive about something..Procrastination can literally disable the smartest of people...Animals do not procrastinate since survival is the only game in town..Humans on the other hand need to be comfortable and must have their junk foods, hockey games, and their daily gossip around the water cooler.. to satisfy their comfort level and insecurities!..Humans at times believe in what is comfortable for them and not always what is good for them...So where does the Belief system play a part? Well..by nature humans are supposedly one step higher then the animal kingdom..but as far as knowing what they want there exists too much thought in the process to cloud the issues..For a belief system to be powerful and formidable it should be automatic...once it has been verified and planted in the subconscious the total persona accepts it with passion and resolve!..

As the age train of life passes me with a vengeance my beliefs must ring true to the deepest part of my soul..The long haired, beer drinking, do-nut eating musician is dead and gone and has now been replaced by a more value based system believer..What are my beliefs at the ripe age of 57? Well..it's not beer, cigarettes, don-nuts or loose women that's for sure..as in my early twenties..but it has now been replaced with Matcha green tea, raw veggies, fruit, limited meat, a daily glass or two of red wine and being with people who are friendly and have a sense of humour.. The old saying "Life is too short" sounds too redundant that's for sure but these old clichés or maxims are actually lessons learned in the school of life.. They are here for a reason..and that is to make us better people as long as we can associate with the truth it radiates!..

Yes the truth..remember my previous entries on that magical topic? Yes my dear people..The truth rings loud and clear but if it were the sun most people would complain that they are blinded by it..if they look at it directly..The trick is and there is always a trick isn't there? Is to know that the truth is there and to feel it resonate within the deepest part of your persona!..
This idea leads me to religious truth as it is played in the grand scheme of things..Today's religion is focused on certain elements..Certain elements that may be verifiable in the eyes of Christians worldwide..but as far as religious truth is concerned is conveniently put on that back burner..People can believe in religious figureheads such as Jesus Christ so much that they make him a world wide rock star who cannot be compared to...We all fall down on our knees in adoration and worship the ground he walked on..We do mock crucifixion parades to demonstrate the suffering Christ endured over 2000 years ago.The so called 'Jesus freaks' have that 'holier then thou attitude' when confronting others and admonish everyone as evil if they even remotely show any sexuality or any human weakness.. My personal opinion on this is that a lot of people still move in their comfortable ways and still continue to keep the status quo while 3/4's of the world's population continue to starve!.. Yea most people worship Jesus like crazy but do they actually believe in what he came down here to tell us? If he came down here today would he want us to worship him or emulate him? Well we all do respect him and what he was telling us!...but it is far easier to worship someone and vicariously dream of being a good person then it is to actually do good deeds on a continuous basis!..If the world would actually believe and then act out their beliefs according to his message then world hunger would be a thing of the past!..The point of all this is that there are too few people in this world who can actually change it..Most people today focus, verify and believe in the pursuit of money and the illusion of material success..It's a pity that a major consensus to deal with world wide problems cannot be found..The diversity of personalities and individual perceptions prevent positive change from occurring..My personal belief is that by virtue of our material bodies we carry around 24-7 it is little wonder why we are so individually materialistic..What we need is a super race who can imagine that there is something else inside that fancy package..Any marketing CEO will tell you that you really pay a lot for all that fancy packaging you see in retail stores..The material composition of our bodies is the actual reason why we are so materialistic and so survival obsessed! Yes we are paying dearly for our fancy packaging ...aren't we? Care to open it and see what's in it? (he he)

Yes.. as another entry has drawn to a close we all must remember to focus, verify and believe in what is beneficial to mankind as a whole..Individual power grabs, dictatorships, and greed should not be our main focus..The media records that Hitler believed in the German race as the chosen super race destined to ruled the world..but we all must remember that in all life there exists the yin and the yang and let's all pray that in the near future the next super race will be the most spiritually enlightened one!...

Stay tuned for the next entry of the verifiedbeliever! Ciao love ya!
